The new membership subscription renewal year 2025 for the Kenya Pharmaceutical Association (KPA) is now automated through the KPA Members Portal and starts on 1st November 2024 and runs until 31st October 2025.
All KPA Members Subscription payment is automated and should be made only through logging into the KPA Members Portal.
ALL renewals are now centralized through KPA Members Portal to one paybill for the purpose of subscription auto validation. Once validated, the member will be able to access the PPB portal for other practice services.
The KPA Membership Subscription renewal fee is KES 4,000 per year for existing members.
When you log in to the KPA Members Portal, you will be prompted to pay for 2025 if you already paid for 2024. Members who did not pay for 2024 will appear as having arrears for 2024 and will require to pay for both 2024 and 2025.

You are expected to register through the following link: New Member Registration (Registration Fee: KES 5000)
All payments are automated through the KPA Members Portal. Members are required to pay through the KPA Members Portal and not any other paybill to get their PPB verification and license renewals for 2025.
In the event that you are not able to receive the OTP due to a phone number or email change, please send us a request to update your email address and phone number to info@kpa.or.ke. Write your full name, enrollment number, email address, branch and phone number.
